You know for the Bay Area that’s a wierd car to classify. I can see red necks driving that in some places, but here the people I see are super 49er wannabe gangster types, what we call south city bros. Huge 49er window graphics and weed clouds.

Even here in the Deep South, it's 90% the same clientele. Most rednecks moved on to fancy trucks a long time ago.

One guy down the street from me, who I am pretty sure is a tech company kid, total dork, has a murdered out one and always blast rap music. Then he gets out and he’s a wimpy Hispanic or Indian kid with rapper clothes, oh and he got some car “crew” decal on his windshield now like he’s part of a cool car gang. Oh yeah guys, you don’t work on your cars AT ALL, just tint the windows and buy sound and wheels, so cool! Let’s drive around together in our 2016 cars! I get classic car meet ups but when a bunch of people get together in brand new Mustangs it seem odd to me. At least with classics you can sit around a bitch about that hard to replace part and how it was rusted together and you needed a sledge hammer to get it off.

Yeah, I hear you...I actually hate it when people compliment someone on a really expensive “no-brainer” modern car that they just bought. A rare modern car? Sure, compliment them on being different. A classic car? Absolutely, that takes upkeep and patience. But otherwise it's like "Hey, congratulations on being able to lease a new BMW 320 right after graduating college! You have to tell me your secret!" :D

Oh the fucking guys with new Lambos and Ferraris come to C&C, what the fuck do I say, oh nice, I bet it’s fast. I avoid them actually, I’ve seen a 458 thanks. We have a couple old guys who have old Ferraris and a Gullwing and they actually classic rally them and work on them. One has an old Lancia that they made 29 of he said. He had to figure out how to fix some of it because nobody knew.
